Ideally, we prefer to work with the following formats of files:
- For plans and drawings: DWG/CAD as well as pdf
- For ready 3D models: 3DS, FBX, OBJ
If you supply us with as much detail as you can, be sure that the first draft that we sent will be as close as possible to the design and look that you would like to achieve in the final.

Project workflow
Our account manager acts as an intermediary between the client and the project team. With our account manager, you can get regular updates on progress, intermediate results, make reviews and approve the result.

What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time largely depends on the project’s scale. Generally, the standard turnaround time for an architectural rendering project of 1 render to 4 renders is 3-4 weeks, including all rounds of comments. However, we are always willing to discuss this time frame if a deadline is sooner.

Can I pay after I get the results?
In the first stage, we expect half of the estimated cost of the project to be paid to us upfront and the remainder will be due after you approve the final results.
